Day 1: Marinduque Trip

At 0700, I received SMS from Whreachelle Cordova, “Alaminos, na kami. Saan na kayo? Hurry up guys! Grab the first trip. 1030 is the first scheduled RORO trip to Marinduque. I replied, “we are still in Manila, we’ll try our best”.  Luckily, traffic was manageable  and all went well as we drove the stretch of Maharlika Highway.

Caught the glimpse of the beautiful green scenery as passed by Quezon Province.

Glad, we’re just in time and made it to Talao-Talao, Dalahican Port, Lucena at exactly 1030. I first went to the Captain of Seahorse Shipping, and asked for few minutes to have parked the car at the pay parking inside the port. He said, “no problem”. Porters arrived and helped us to load our bikes and baggage. The Captain started to blow his horn as we depart.

I went to Whreachelle’s seat and go on to picture taking as we approached Marinduque Islands

We arrived at 1345 and pedaled the stretched from Balanacan Port in Mogpog, Marinduque to Hilltop Hotel. We checked in and finally had my first meal at 1430.

After my late lunch, we went to organizer’s desk to register for Marinduque Extreme Series 3.
